PKR999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on PKR999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, devices, payment methods or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. PKR999 will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

PKR999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a review. KYC documents typically include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address and confirmation of your payment method. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended.

You must not share your account with any other person. You must not allow anyone else to use your account to place bets or access games. All activity on your account is your responsibility regardless of who conducted it.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All funds deposited into PKR999 must come from a payment method registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds using accounts, cards or wallets belonging to another person. Deposits made from a third-party payment method will be returned and the account flagged for review.

Deposits are generally credited to your PKR999 balance within seconds for mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and within a few minutes for bank transfers. If a deposit does not appear in your balance after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

PKR999 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification if the deposit appears inconsistent with your account history or raises concerns related to payment integrity. This is done to protect both the platform and its players.

5. Withdrawals

In the event of a technical failure — such as a disconnection during a live game round, a software error or a display malfunction — PKR999 will attempt to resolve the round using recorded game data.
